The fastest and cheapest way of getting divorced

STEP 1 Register as user
STEP 2 Complete all the required fields (This will take approx. 15 minutes. It is important to provide all the requested information as court documents can not be drafted without it.
STEP 3 Make payment and fax us the proof
STEP 4 While you are making payment, one of our legal advisors will already be busy drafting your documents and check for accuracy. Fax or email us the proof of payment where after your documents will immediately be released for you to download, print, sign and to finalize your divorce with our easy-to-understand instructions which will come with your documents.
 
OFFLINE STEPS:
STEP 1 Discuss the divorce with your spouse and verbally agree on issues concerning the children, division of the estate etc.
STEP 2 Sign the Deed of Settlement (we will provide) and have your spouse sign it as well.
STEP 3 Take the documents to your court where the registrar of the court will allocate a case number. Then take the documents to your local Sheriff to deliver to your spouse. (It would speed up the process if your spouse can go with you to the sheriff's office).
STEP 4 If there are minor children involved, you will also have to send the Deed of Settlement to the Family Advocate's office for endorsement). 10 Days after your spouse has received the documents from the sheriff, you will get a court date.
STEP 5 Appear in court on this date and your divorce will be finalized.
